In all of Thailand Pattaya is one of the best locations for bodybuilders or anyone who is interested in bodybuilding. Pattaya bodybuilding is thriving with new gyms popping up all over the Pattaya and Jomtien area. On any given day you will see some huge bodybuilders walking around the streets of Pattaya or shopping for super cheap chicken breasts, beef and fish in a variety of food stalls and huge supermarkets around town.
Once located on Beach road Pattaya the world famous Universe Gym is now located on Sukhumvit road just around the corner from Pattaya Klang road. The Pattaya bodybuilding scene has really opened up with the help of Tony’s Fitness centers located around the streets of Pattaya. Tony’s has 4 training facilities with the biggest of all gym and training complexes on Third road Pattaya. If you are interested in bodybuilding in Pattaya you can buy a membership from Tony’s Fitness Centers that allows you to workout at all 4 locations.
Just up from the dolphin roundabout near the Dusit Hotel is the new Fairtex Fitness club which has to be the leading ultra modern fitness facility for all Pattaya bodybuilding enthusiasts. Fairtex is at the high end of the scale in terms of gyms in Pattaya.
Spread throughout the many streets you will find many small and hardcore Pattaya gyms that cater for bodybuilders of all levels. The same thing goes for the Jomtien beach area as well, there are some smaller boutique style gyms that have good equipment and run by friendly fitness lovers of all ages. Some of the gyms are owned and run by ex champion bodybuilders who are willing to give away free advice to bodybuilders who train at their gym.
